Covid-19 Prevention Policy

We are fully open and operating at full capacity.  The wellbeing of our workshop and head office employees is still being treated very seriously. We have implemented workshop measures to reflect the government guidelines. Our workshop team operate at a distance of 2 metres from one another, they take their breaks individually and follow the government’s advice when it comes to hygiene and social distancing. 

Our courier partners are open and operating as per normal. Regular cleaning and sanitising is being carried out at all courier depots and all of our couriers are doing contact free drops and are wearing masks for deliveries. You do not have to open the door for your driver.

Couriers will no longer ask customers to sign handheld units and instead drivers will sign it on your behalf. They will record the consignee's name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit.
