Who do we ship with? 

We ship with The Courier Guy, Internet Express, Courier It and Dawn Wing.
They deliver between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday. Delivery does not include weekends and public holidays. 

How long will it take?

We manufacture to order, with the exception of a few collections which we hold inventory of. Lead times per item are listed on each product and collection page for your reference.

Courier time once your order has been produced and booked:

• JHB & Pretoria courier time is approximately 1 day. 
• Other areas take approximately 3 - 4 working days,

You will notified who your parcel has been sent with via email.

Courier times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch. Ma Petite cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier companies.

Important Information

• We need a telephone number for all orders and cannot ship without.
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
• Our courier partners are open and operating as per normal. Regular cleaning and sanitising is being carried out at all courier depots.
• All of our couriers are doing contact free drops and are wearing masks for deliveries. You do not have to open the door for your driver.
• Couriers will no longer ask customers to sign handheld units and instead drivers will sign it on your behalf. They will record the consignee's name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit.
• Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
