FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEE OF R115 ANYWHERE IN SOUTH AFRICA AS WELL AS A FREE CLICK & COLLECT OPTION FROM OUR OFFICES. 

 

Who do we ship with? 

We ship with The Courier Guy and Internet Express.
They deliver between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday. Delivery does not include weekends and public holidays.

 

How long will it take once shipped?

We manufacture to order, with the exception of a few collections which we hold inventory of. Lead times per item are listed on each product and collection page for your reference. Courier time once your order has been produced and booked:

·       JHB & Pretoria courier time is approximately 1 - 2 days

·       Main City Centres is approximately 1 - 3 working days

·       Outer lying regional areas is approximately 4 - 5 working days

You will notified who your parcel has been sent with via email.

Courier times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch. Ma Petite cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier companies.

 

Important Information

·       We need a telephone number for all orders and cannot ship without.

·       We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

·       Couriers will ask you to provide a pin, which will be mailed to you prior to delivery. 

·       Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

 

Free Click + Collect

We do offer a free collection service from our Offices in Centurion (Gauteng). Kindly still allow us the usual production lead time to get your order ready. All lead times are listed on the product description online. Once your order is completed, packaged and ready to collect, you will receive an email confirming this, along with all other important information relating to the collection.

Collection times are as follows:

MONDAY to FRIDAY between 10:00 – 14:00
CLOSED on WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

Should a courier be collecting your parcel on your behalf, please ensure to notify us which courier you have booked, and email us a copy of the waybill a day prior to collection, so we can have it printed and attached to your package before they arrive to avoid delays.
