Personal touch goes a long way

The money boxes (bunny and truck) were expertly made and the personalization of the names was great. Not only did Pauline send me artwork to confirm before going ahead with the order, she also added a personal touch by including a hand-written note and discount for my next order. All in all, a lovely shopping experience!
